Employment Solicitor, 3+ PQE, London/ Hybrid, up to £55,000 per annum FTE, 9 – 12 month fixed term contract. Join a well established organisation on a full-time, fixed-term contract lasting between nine and twelve months.

THE ROLE:
In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of employment cases, providing expert legal advice and support to stakeholders. You will also advocate for members in meetings, ensuring their interests are effectively represented and their needs are met. You will manage employment related inquiries, offering guidance on contract issues, salary disputes, company policies, and procedural concerns. Furthermore, you will oversee and coordinate proceedings, including preparing statements and organising disclosure bundles.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience and be able to showcase their expertise through handling a substantial volume of advisory work. The ideal candidate will excel at managing complex cases and handling heavy workloads with efficiency and ease. You will demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills and maintain a strong client-focused approach.
